Founded by Tami McKenzie, President and CEO, after working in this industry for nearly three decades, her expert knowledge is highly revered. She has extensive background in Diversity Programs such as Small Business and Minority and Women-owned Business, Compliance Management, Program Implementation and Management, and Government Procurement and Contracting. She is a certified Contract Compliance Associate, a member of the National Intergovernmental Purchasing Association, the Governmental Procurement Association of Georgia  and the Metroploitan Intergovernmental Association of Equal Opportunity Officials. Her knowlege and experience in Federal Programs affords her flexibility in a vast number of program areas that may assist a company with development and policy.


Tami started her career in Compliance and Procurement at Northwest Indiana Regional Planning Commission serving in many roles moving up the ranks from Compliance Monitor to Procurement Coordinator where she was responsible for procurement of goods and services as well as monitoring compliance with Federal Programs for seven (7)  regional transit agencies in the areas of DBE, Drug and Alcohol Program, Title VI, Title VII, Procurement, Davis Bacon, and Buy America.



She relocated to Georgia in 2007 and became the Transit Procurement Coordinator for Cobb County Department of Transportaion where she managed compliance on all federal programs.  From there, she was the Compliance Coordinator with Clayton County Water Authority where she developed and implemented the SLBE Program. In that role, she was responsible for monitoring compliance in procurement and the utilization of small business on contracts.  She went on to become the Contract Compliance Manager for the Clayton County Central Services Department where she oversees the Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE), Local Vendor Preference (LVP) and Procurement Non-Discrimination Programs and Compliance on contracts with Clayton County. She is a small business owner and advocate with nearly 30 years fostering economic growth through innovative platforms for small business. She was responsible for ensuring the utilization of Small, Local and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) on contracting opportunities, community outreach, and supplier development.  

Tami served as a member of Leadership NW Indiana and is currently serving as a member of the Small Business and Entrepreneurship Subcommittee for Clayton County and the Metropolitan Intergovernmental Association of Equal Opportunity Officials (MIAEOO). 

Tami earned her M.B.A. from Regis University, Graduate School of Management in Dever, CO., and B.A in Business Administration from Purdue University, Northwest, IN. Tami has received her Certified Compliance Administrator (CCA) from the American Contract Compliance Association (ACCA). Tami is a Certified Business Coach. She is a member of National Contract Management Association (NCMA), National Procurement Instititute (NTI), National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP), and Governmental Purchasing Association of Georgia (GPAG).
